I can't login even though I am using the correct login format.

Solution
Target Audience: Students.

If you are using the correct login format but cannot login, it could be that your account has not yet been created. Canvas accounts are typically created within four hours after enrollment in an course.

If you still cannot login after this time, try resetting your Canvas password. Click the Forgot your password? link on the Canvas login page and follow the directions. If you have a Canvas account, this should trigger a reset link to be sent to your College-provided Raider Mail account. Login to your Raider Mail account and look for the message. Once you find it, follow the directions to reset your password and login. If you don't receive the message, please contact the Rose eLearnsupport Helpdesk and let us know what steps you have tried. We will help you resolve your Brightspace login issue as soon as possible.
