LockDown Browser Loading Quiz Hang

I have tried multiple times to take this quiz in the respondus lock down browser. I have cleared everything from the surrounding area, to include even things like pieces of mail on my desk. Eveytime I try though it just stay on the "loading quiz" prompt. I have waited all the way up to 15 minutes possibly more.

Good morning! Usually, when this issue occurs, the Lockdown Browser has opened a new tab with the "loading quiz" message. Look for the previous tab at the top of your browser window. You should see a "click here to return to quiz" link. If you select that link, the exam questions should load and you should be able to start the exam. I will close the ticket, but please reopen it if you still have issues.
